Shipping Policy

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exchange Policy

Returns

All items must be brand new, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

 

All items must be returned to us within 31 days of the delivery date

 

Original shipping charges you pay, or we pay are not refundable*

 

The invoice must be included in the return package

 

No returns for orders that use a promo code or during any sales 15% off or more

 

There is a 20% restocking fee for orders over $70 or orders with more than five items.

 

We will gladly take care of any defective products.

Any items sent to us without our approval first will not be accepted and will be donated to charity.

 

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping & and we do not refund our costs of shipping the order to you as we still paid shipping to send out (even if it was free shipping).

 

Exchanges

We accept exchanges. Please get in touch with us to start the process.

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping and new shipping costs for new orders. We hope to one day be big enough to cover all costs!

 

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

 

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 6 hours of placing it.

 

Late or missing refunds

 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

 

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

 

If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us here.

 

 

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be exchanged/returned, unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned. If you received more than 15% off your order, it is not eligible for refund or return. This is only eligible for an exchange.
